Three Wise Monkeys
Situated on George Street towards the Haymarket part of the city, you can’t miss the three monkey’s statue over the doorway. The bar comprises three levels with an ice bar on the second, and a live music venue on the third with live music every day. This bar fills up all week but gets really busy at weekends so get down there early.

Side Bar
A relatively new addition to Sydney’s nightlife, the Sidebar is located underneath the Wake Up super hostel. The bar gets lively all week with backpackers pouring down from their hostel rooms to the conveniently located bar. The staff hold quiz nights on a regular basis where there are prizes to be won.

Beach Palace Hotel
Located on the beach at one of the city’s most popular beach suburbs the Beach Palace is unmistakable with its eye catching dome. Right next to Coogee beach this place is packed with locals, backpackers and beach goers all summer. Inside you’ll find seven bars, two restaurants, large screen televisions and pool tables for your entertainment.
